A complete shot blasting and painting production line consists of a single adaptive transmission system, pre-heater, shot blasting machine, painting shed and post-treatment dryer. The transmission system, as well as roller conveyor belts, traveling furnaces and cross transmission lines, can be selected according to specific needs. The gas-fired preheater unit can handle wet and even ice-covered materials stored externally. The spray layer sprayed in the spray shed can be dried online through the post-dryer device, so that the workpiece can be transported immediately for further processing. The final drying process uses the energy discarded from the pre-heater to reduce energy consumption.
